We are responsible for cleaning the common areas of many apartment buildings. We liaise with property mannagers and residents to provide convenient cleaning maintence schedules.

Clean communal and common areas maintain a favourable environment for residents and visitors alike. It is always our priority to ensure that these areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. All areas are dusted, carpets cleaned, hand-rails polished and windows are smear free.

CARPET CLEANING DIVISION

We have an established carpet cleaning division to take care of all your needs. We are trained with BIC's in all aspects of carpet cleaning and stain removal. Our typical rates are 80p - £1 per Square metre including deodorising and basic stain removal, with a minimum charge of £50. We offer a 24 hour service to meet the needs of your business.

WINDOW CLEANING

Window Cleaning is available to maintain your premises and external appearance to your staff and visitors.

PRESSURE WASHING

Pressure washing is used to remove the build up of exhaust fumes, smog, dust and smoke that coats the driveways, walkways and walls of your buildings.

TOILET/BATHROOM SUPPLIES

Silva Cleaning Services can supply competitively priced bathroom supplies to help our customers manage their staff facilities and to save their time ordering and taking deliveries.

Our staff can be instructed to re-order supplies when required or simply telephone our office and we will supply and deliver your order, even after hours if required.
